1. Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 7 working days after order confirmation.
- Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer a standard shipping option depending on your location and the size of the order.
- Delivery times vary based on your shipping address.
- Standard Shipping: 7 Working days (domestic)


Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping fees is charge on product weight 1kg price are 150/- PKR.
- Free shipping is available on select items or orders over 10,000/- PKR.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
- You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently deliver product in all over Pakistan. 
- Some large or heavy items may have additional shipping restrictions due to their size or weight.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- While we take great care in packaging and shipping your items, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please make a video and send on our contact number immediately at customer service containermalls@gmail.com & WhatsApp: 03217600415 . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or offer a refund as appropriate.
- Please report any damage or loss within 3 days of receiving your order to ensure the issue is addressed promptly.

7. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update your details before the order ships.
